A slow, really cold week and not too much motivation to get myself out of work before it is too darn dark at night. Finally, Don gets me out Friday night and we run the loop we've grown accustomed to - Sage park down to 2nd and then around the city to end back where we started. A beautiful cold night and a great run. And once again, so happy that I got out. Thanks Don for getting my butt out the door tonight to run!
