A nice short run in my taper week before Greenland... windy and a little cool, as usual.
Since our heavy spring snow storm on Friday, the weather hasn't quite got back to normal. A lot of wind this week with temperatures a bit below normal.
Today felt great! It's so nice to run down and up a trail and not feel really tired, even if it is only 5 miles! That's it - nothing else to report, except I'm starting to prepare for the big race this weekend!
