Treadmill

After two days of rest from my 24+ mile weekend, I needed to run; however, circumstances prevented me from actually getting out early. Therefore, I was forced onto the treadmill at 8:30pm. I needed to run, do anything, just get the legs moving.
It felt good to stretch the legs and maintain a good speed. My display is broken on my treadmill so I never know how far I've run or my pace; thus I use my easy 10 min/mile pace as my guestimation.
I felt so much better afterwards!
